Qualifications

• Senior Project Engineer with strong E&I background in mining, minerals, or major infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record delivering E&I scopes on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, work pack development, and progress reporting.
• Commercial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and change management.
• Leadership to mentor and guide junior engineers and site teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Qualified engineer with tertiary degree.
• Knowledge of Australian standards and AS/NZS ISO 9001.
• Ability to work a 2:1 FIFO roster.
• Valid right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of E&I work packs and oversee planning, scheduling and execution.
• Coordinate labour, equipment and materials for compliant delivery.
• Provide technical leadership to supervisors and project teams.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and align with project schedules.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across E&I activities.
• Promote safety culture and ensure HSE compliance.
• Ensure works meet QA procedures, client specs and ISO standards.
• Manage subcontractors and support cost control, forecasting and change management.
• Support commissioning and handover activities as required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
