Job summary

Tasman Power is recruiting an Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical crews on major mining projects and shutdowns across Western Australia. The role offers FIFO/site-based work with ongoing career opportunities, competitive rates, and strong safety expectations.

You will ensure safe, efficient delivery of construction, project and shutdown works, while upholding company values. You’ll join a professional team with a focus on safety and quality, with rosters and opportunities across Tier 1

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in mining and resources construction projects.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills.
• Current WA A Grade Electrical Licence.
• First Aid with LVR/CPR within the last 12 months.
• Working at Heights certification.
• WA C Class or HR Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical crews on construction, project and shutdown works.
• Deliver safe, compliant electrical construction activities across multiple mine sites.
• Collaborate with Tier 1 clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Promote a safety-focused culture and best practices on site.
