WSP Brisbane is seeking an experienced Associate Director – Electrical to lead the electrical design and technical delivery of major Building Services projects. You will mentor engineers, build client relationships and drive cross-disciplinary collaboration across the Queensland team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive experience delivering Australian Building Services projects, ideally in a consulting engineering environment.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale and technically complex projects.
• Strong technical capability across electrical Building Services design.

Responsabilités

• Lead the electrical design and technical delivery of major and complex Building Services projects.
• Provide technical leadership across electrical power, lighting, communications, electronic security and related systems.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project delivery across all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, authorities and key industry stakeholders.
• Own project outcomes across programme, budget, technical quality and commercial performance.
• Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to engineers and other Building Services team members.
• Support proposals, tenders and strategic business development opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and develop new business.
• Collaborate with technical specialists across WSP’s national and global network.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the Brisbane and Queensland Building Services business.
