Job summary

RecruitR Pty is seeking an Associate level Building Services Electrical Engineer to join a Tier One multidisciplinary consultancy in Brisbane. The role focuses on senior leadership of the 18-strong electrical team, overseeing complex building services projects.

You'll mentor engineers, run client meetings, manage expectations, and help secure repeat work while benefiting from flexible hours, WFH options, and leave arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with RPEQ eligibility or registered status.
• At least 8 years of Building Services design and project experience.
• Experience as a Project Lead on large, complex building services projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior electrical team projects and manage client expectations.
• Run meetings, manage relationships to bring repeat work.
• Mentor engineers and uplift technical standards of the team.
