Job summary

Goodstart Glenorchy is seeking a Senior Educator/Room Leader with experience to lead a room and deliver exceptional educational programs for young children. You’ll work with the Centre Leadership Team to observe, inform, and continually improve teaching practices while upholding safety and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current TAS Working with Vulnerable People Check
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training (via Gecckoplatform)

Responsibilities

• Lead a room of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
• Collaborate with Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and improve teaching practices.
• Ensure safety and inclusivity in every learning experience tailored to children's needs.
