Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning Leeton is seeking an ISS Educator to support children with additional needs within our preschool program, helping to create inclusive, engaging learning environments.

This fixed-term, full‑time role requires a Certificate III in Early Childhood (or ACECQA equivalent), knowledge of EYLF and NQS, and a NSW Working with Children Check. Centre hours are 7:00 am–6:00 pm and the role offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Support children with additional needs within learning programs to promote inclusive participation.
• Contribute to creating engaging, safe and welcoming learning environments.
• Collaborate with the team to implement individualised learning plans.
