Job summary

Goodstart Emerald is seeking a Senior Educator to lead a room and deliver exceptional educational programs. You will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices, while ensuring safety and inclusivity for every child.

This full-time role in Emerald requires a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA equivalent), a current Queensland Working with Children Check, and a passion for professional growth and community

Qualifications

• Must have Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead your own room and supervise a team of Educators.
• Deliver high-quality educational programs.
• Collaborate with Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe and improve teaching practices.
