Job summary

Goodstart Kingaroy, part of Goodstart Early Learning, is hiring a Senior Educator. You will lead your own room, guide a team of educators, and deliver high-quality educational programs in a vibrant 74-place centre serving children 6 weeks to 5 years.

You’ll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to observe and improve teaching practices while prioritising safety and inclusive learning for all children.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of your own room and lead a team of educators.
• Deliver exceptional educational programs and observe practices for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to ensure safety and inclusivity.

Education

Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent

Current QLD Working with Children Check

Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time, 38 hours per week

Pay: $41.74 - $43.00 (based on experience) + Superannuation + Benefits
