Job summary

Bytewize IT Consulting seeks an experienced Systems Engineer / Specialist Technician to support the Education Sector's Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP) in Victoria. You will manage ICT infrastructure, support staff and students, and maintain enterprise environments across multiple schools.

The role requires at least 5 years of IT experience, including experience in education or TSSP, and hands-on skills with Windows/Linux servers, Hyper-V, cloud services, MDM, and networking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT industry experience; TSSP or education domain experience preferred.
• Proficient with Windows/Linux servers, Hyper-V, and cloud services.
• Eligibility to work in Australia; valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Deliver ICT training for staff when required.
