Job summary

Bytewize IT Consulting seeks an experienced Systems Engineer / Specialist Technician to deliver ICT support for the Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP) across Victorian schools. You will manage and maintain school ICT infrastructure, support staff and students, and administer complex enterprise environments.

Candidates should have 5+ years in IT, with strong background in Windows/Linux servers, cloud services, networking, and BYOD/1:1 deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT industry experience.
• Experience in the education sector or TSSP is highly regarded.
• Ability to manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across multiple schools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership teams and deliver ICT professional development when required.
