Job summary

Bytewize IT Consulting in Victoria is seeking a Systems Engineer / Specialist Technician to deliver ICT support to the Department of Education through the TSSP. You will manage and maintain ICT infrastructure, support staff and students, and administer complex enterprise environments.

The role requires at least 5 years of IT experience, with TSSP/education exposure preferred, and strong Windows/Linux, cloud, MDM, and networking skills. Flexible contract, casual or permanent options available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT industry experience.
• Experience in the TSSP program or education sector is highly desirable.
• Able to support staff and students and manage enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership and deliver ICT professional development when required.
