Job summary

ETISK - ecommerce & retail recruitment is seeking a data-driven leader to manage five core areas of a high-velocity Shopify store for a prominent Australian lifestyle brand. You will own the trading calendar, promotions, merchandising, and performance interpretation with clear commercial actions.

You will leverage GA4 and Shopify data to drive decisions, run CRO programmes, and translate results into actionable revenue strategies in a lean, founder-led environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce, digital trading or online retail with hands-on tooling experience.
• Strong analytical capability: can build models and justify decisions in financial terms.
• Expertise in GA4: use data to drive decisions beyond dashboards.
• Demonstrated experience running A/B tests and CRO programmes with financial impact.
• Experience setting up and executing onsite promotions, launches, and campaigns with high accuracy.
• Ability to manage upwards in a founder-led business and take accountability.
• Shopify experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day commercial trading of the Shopify store, including calendar, launches, promotions, bundles and homepage updates.
• Visual merchandising across site pages to place the right product at the right time.
• Diagnose page performance and run CRO tests; act on results in financial terms.
• Use GA4 and Shopify data to produce weekly trading reports with actionable insights.
• Identify and prioritise testing and innovation opportunities to drive revenue.
