Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced eCommerce Performance and Insights Manager to lead analytics across Sydney and Brisbane. The role focuses on translating data into actionable commercial insights, shaping digital strategies, and measuring ecommerce performance.

You will own reporting ecosystems using Power BI/Tableau, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive experimentation, CRM and customer acquisition initiatives in telecommunications and retail contexts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in ecommerce analytics
• Demonstrated experience analysing digital sales and ecommerce performance
• Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
• Advanced experience with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with experience working across multiple datasets and systems
• Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of ecommerce performance metrics
• Experience in telecommunications, retail, ecommerce or subscription-based businesses
• Experience using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Tealium or similar digital analytics platforms
• SQL and data modelling capabilities
• Experience measuring digital marketing performance and customer acquisition activity
• Understanding of experimentation, conversion rate optimisation and digital performance measurement
