Job summary

TALENTD Recruitment is partnering with a leading independent digital paid media agency in Australia. The Performance Manager will own day-to-day campaigns across Google, Meta and other platforms for an eCommerce client portfolio.

You will analyse ROAS, MER and other metrics, manage Shopping and Performance Max, lead client meetings and deliver clear reporting, while collaborating with the data analytics team.

Qualifications

• Experience in-house eCommerce or agency managing eCommerce clients.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, MER, CPA, AOV, CAC and LTV.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta including Shopping, Performance Max and catalogue campaigns.
• Proficient in Google Analytics and working knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
• Experience managing sizeable monthly ad budgets.
• Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, optimise and report on paid media campaigns across Google, Meta and major platforms.
• Own performance across a portfolio of eCommerce client accounts, focusing on ROAS and profitability.
• Manage Shopping, Performance Max and catalogue campaigns including product feed health.
• Run client meetings and WIPs, presenting results and recommendations with confidence.
• Deliver timely reporting, translating data into clear insights for clients.
• Identify tests across creative, audiences, bidding and new channels to drive growth.
• Collaborate with the data and analytics team on tracking, attribution and measurement.
• Stay across platform updates, industry trends and new opportunities.
