Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking experienced E&I Project Engineers to support our Engineering and Construction division across Mining, Oil & Gas and Power Generation projects. The role offers long-term work, a favourable site roster and opportunities with flights from major capitals.

You will work alongside Site and Project Managers to ensure objectives are met with regard to cost, safety and quality, and liaise with clients to meet their requirements while coordinating between engineering and project

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years on-site project engineering or coordination experience.
• Australian-recognised engineering qualification or trade certificate.
• Strong capability in budgets, construction metrics and change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Site Manager and Project Manager to deliver objectives on time with respect to cost, safety and quality.
• Liaise with client representatives to meet their requirements.
• Interface between engineering and project delivery teams to maintain compliance with specifications, schedules and contract.
• Manage and supervise the resolution of technical queries as required.
