Job summary

Monadelphous are seeking experienced E&I Supervisors to join our major construction project with BHP in Port Hedland. Reporting to the Superintendent, this site role drives E&I construction activities across a large-scale project and collaborates with SMP teams to ensure safe, efficient delivery.

Flights are provided from all major Australian capitals. We value leadership, safety, and a proactive approach to problem solving, with opportunities to work on high-profile, tier 1 client projects

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification required.
• Current WA Electrical Licence required.
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence required.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong safety values.
• Proven leadership capabilities and ability to lead high-performance teams.

Monadelphous are now seeking experienced E&I Supervisors to join our newly awarded major construction project with BHP in Port Hedland.

Reporting to the Superintendent, this is a key site role responsible for driving E&I construction activities across a large-scale project, working closely with SMP teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery. We will fly quality candidates from any airport in Australia. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business delivering complex projects across the resources sector.

Key Responsibilities:
