Job summary

JD Sports Australia is seeking a Senior Digital Trade Manager to lead trading activities across our digital business, driving revenue, profit, traffic and efficiency.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Trade ANZ, you will manage channel plans, calendars, track product performance, guide social, CRM and content, and collaborate with media, marketing and brand teams to maximise performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ Ecommerce experience in retail preferred.
• Hands‑on platform experience with Shopify, Bloomreach or Magento.
• Experience managing sales budgets and forecasting processes.
• Excellent organisational skills within planning frameworks.
• Experience in commercial trading functions and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of merchandising, content, performance marketing, social and CRM.
• Leadership and training capabilities to grow team members.
• Strong commercial brand awareness of the Australian fashion retail landscape.

Responsibilities

• Deliver channel plan phasing and forecast traffic, spend, and conversions to meet sales targets.
• Manage digital trading calendar and communicate with trading teams and stakeholders.
• Track product performance and plan actions to maximise top performers and support underperformers.
• Guide social, CRM and content teams on paid and organic messaging for full‑funnel coverage.
• Maintain relationships with media teams, marketing partners and internal/external stakeholders for alignment.
• Refine merchandising activity by analysing traffic and sales data to improve category performance.
