You will own end‑to‑end delivery across Dynamics 365 CE solutions including Sales, Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights, while mentoring the delivery team and maturing the practice.

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform in client delivery
• Ability to translate complex requirements into functional designs
• Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and process design sessions as the senior functional voice in the room
• Own translation of complex requirements into functional designs, user stories, and specs
• Configure and guide best‑practice design across Dynamics 365 CE modules
• Architect Dataverse models, apps, business rules, and Power Automate flows
• Direct UAT, testing, training, and hypercare across engagements
• Partner with technical teams on integrations and solution extensions, providing functional sign‑off
• Take a lead role in pre‑sales demos and solution shaping
• Develop training materials and drive adoption strategy for customers
• Mentor junior consultants and champion internal accelerators
