Job summary

Fusion5 is seeking a Senior Technical Support Consultant for Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform within our Managed Services practice in Australia. You will own end-to-end customer issues, resolve complex technical challenges, and build strong relationships with customers through proactive, high-quality support.

You’ll bring deep platform expertise, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work independently while mentoring junior teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse in complex customer environments.
• Deep Power Platform expertise: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages.
• Experience with Azure integration services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience in managed services or application support environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer issues across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with high impact.
• Act as escalation point for challenging incidents and provide timely communication.
• Work independently with minimal supervision to resolve issues.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the practice.
• DocumentRootCauseAnalysis and resolution details for cases.
