Job summary

Dynamo Recruitment is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant to join our delivery team. You'll design, configure, and deliver CRM solutions that solve real business problems, working with stakeholders and project leads.

The ideal candidate has hands-on D365 CE configuration across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Marketing, strong Power Platform knowledge, and proven end-to-end delivery experience. MB-210/230/PL-200 are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring D365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
• Strong knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Delivery on end-to-end implementations, not just BAU support.
• Confident stakeholder engagement; able to run workshops and manage competing priorities.
• Microsoft certifications (MB-210, MB-230, PL-200) highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional D365 CE designs.
• Configure and customise CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing).
• Lead or support workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
• Work alongside technical consultants on customisations, integrations, and Power Platform extensions.
• Manage UAT, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
• Produce clear functional specifications and design documentation.
• Provide guidance on Dynamics 365 / Power Platform best practice to client stakeholders.
