Job summary

The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics365 Developer to lead design, build and support of Dynamics 365 applications within the Enterprise Digital Delivery Branch.

You will drive project execution, set strategic direction, and ensure alignment with agency goals while mentoring team members to deliver high-quality integrations across Azure platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical teams delivering Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Expert proficiency in Dynamics 365 CRM—customisation, configuration, plugins and workflows.
• Strong understanding of security best practices in Dynamics 365.
• Solid grasp of DevOps pipelines, releases and environment management.
• Ability to deliver results within deadlines and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution and set strategic direction for Dynamics 365 initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with organisational goals and stakeholder expectations.
