Housing Australia is seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead the design and development of secure, scalable digital solutions. You will mentor developers and promote engineering best practices within cross‑functional teams to advance Housing Australia's technology strategy and business objectives.

You will drive architecture decisions, CI/CD automation, secure coding, observability and delivery excellence across pro‑code and low‑code environments, while fostering innovation and collaboration

Qualifications

Extensive software development experience delivering secure, scalable enterprise solutions.
Strong leadership, mentoring and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
Deep knowledge of modern architecture, DevSecOps and cloud native practices.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and mentorship, design solutions, guide developers.
