Job summary
Seers Digital, Canberra, is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Specialist to design, deliver and support enterprise solutions for a government client. This hands-on role blends development, integration, platform administration and governance, with technical leadership across teams.
You will work with stakeholders to translate needs into practical solutions, ensure security and architecture standards, and help strengthen internal capability while advancing end-to-end delivery
Qualifications
- Experience configuring, customizing and developing Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse for app design and data modelling.
- Ability to manage Dynamics 365 environments, security and governance.
- Strong integration skills using APIs and REST services.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for government/enterprise clients.
- Provide technical leadership and establish reusable components and standards.
- Integrate across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Maintain environments, monitor performance and handle incidents.
- Mentor teammates and document architectures and best practices.
