Job summary

DT Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Senior Document Controller to join the Majors Creek Solar Power Station Project near Woodstock, about 40km south of Townsville. This Townsville-based role supports a major renewable energy development on traditional lands, delivering documentation control across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Senior or Document Controller in construction, infrastructure, engineering or renewable energy projects.
• Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent in document control.
• Strong organisational and MS Office skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the registration, distribution, revision control and transmittal of all project documentation using electronic document management systems.
• Maintain document registers and ensure all project records are accurate, current and compliant with DT Infrastructure's Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Support engineering, commercial, procurement and project delivery teams by coordinating document workflows and ensuring contractual document requirements are met.
• Monitor compliance with document control procedures, standards and quality requirements while supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports, track document status and provide timely communication to internal and external stakeholders throughout project delivery.
