DT Infrastructure seeks a seasoned Superintendent (Civil) to lead day-to-day civil construction on the Majors Creek Project near Woodstock, ~40km south of Townsville. You will oversee supervisors, crews and subcontractors, driving safety, quality and on-time delivery for a major renewable energy scheme.

Reporting to the Area Manager - Civil, you will manage planning, resources and cost control, while collaborating with engineering and delivery teams to resolve challenges and maintain progress on

Formación

• 10+ years in the construction industry with 5+ years in construction management
• Experience leading civil construction activities with large workforces
• Experience delivering utility-scale renewable energy projects (solar)
• Proven ability to mentor teams and drive high performance
• Construction White Card and a current driver’s licence preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day civil construction activities, managing supervisors, site crews and subcontractors to achieve safety, quality, programme and productivity targets
• Oversee construction planning, scheduling and resource allocation, ensuring plant, labour, materials and subcontractors are effectively coordinated
• Manage civil works including site preparation, earthworks and infrastructure supporting solar installations and tracker systems
• Monitor project costs, budgets and progress, identify risks and resolve delivery challenges
• Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to supervisors and teams, fostering accountability and high performance
• Ensure activities comply with project specs, environmental requirements, safety standards and quality processes
