Doma Hotels in Canberra is seeking a Senior Distribution Executive to manage online rate and content distribution across platforms, ensuring accuracy, rate parity and brand alignment.

You’ll work with the Revenue Management team to support commercial strategy, load rates and packages, monitor restrictions and resolve system issues to maximise revenue performance. This Canberra-based role may require travel to Sydney/ Newcastle as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in reservations supervision or a senior reservations/revenue role.
• Strong understanding of hotel distribution, reservations and revenue processes.
• Experience with Opera Cloud, SynXis, SiteMinder, IDeaS, OTA Insight and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional attention to detail and rate integrity.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Genuine interest in technology, distribution and revenue strategy.

What you’ll be doing

• Maintain accurate OTA and booking engine content, including room types, images, descriptions and policies
• Support the Revenue Management team with restrictions, daily distribution checks and reporting
• Monitor and troubleshoot distribution and system issues
• Work closely with internal teams to communicate and implement packages, promotions and SOPs
• Assist with guest-facing content updates across relevant channels
• Ensure content, rates and availability are accurate, consistent and aligned with Doma Hotels' brand standards

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Reservations Supervisor or above, or experience in a similar hotel reservations/revenue role
• Strong understanding of hotel distribution, reservations and revenue processes
• Experience with Opera Cloud, SynXis, SiteMinder, IDeaS, OTA Insight and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of rate integrity and parity
• Highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A genuine interest in technology, distribution and revenue strategy
• Someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to identify opportunities, solve problems and keep systems running smoothly

Location

This role is preferently Canberra-based.

However, we will consider candidates based in Sydney or Newcastle, with the expectation of frequent travel to Canberra to support the portfolio and leadership teams.
