  • Review and challenge forecasts, supporting property teams with sound assumptions, variance analysis and forecasting improvements.
  • Assess distribution performance, rate parity, channel mix and acquisition costs to identify opportunities to improve net revenue.
  • Evaluate group enquiries, contracted business and account production, considering displacement, dilution and overall commercial value.
  • Prepare commercial deep dives, annual budgeting inputs and strategic analysis with clear, prioritised recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and relevant providers on direct-booking performance, booking conversion and revenue opportunities.
  • Work with the DMS Lead and property teams to progress agreed initiatives, provide implementation support within delegated authority and evaluate outcomes.
  • Strengthen data quality, system use, reporting standards and revenue management practices across the portfolio.
  • Deliver targeted training, coaching and on-site support to build the capability and confidence of hotel teams.

  • The confidence to challenge forecasts, pricing decisions and established practices using evidence and sound commercial judgement.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Experience coaching hotel teams and translating revenue management principles into practical operating practices.
  • The ability to prioritise competing property needs and follow through on agreed actions.

Multi-property or cluster revenue management experience will be highly regarded.

Why join us?

You will have the opportunity to apply your expertise across different markets, demand patterns and business models, working with people who bring deep local knowledge and a passion for hospitality.
