Tallentire is seeking an accomplished Trade Finance Operations leader to take end-to-end accountability for a large function in Sydney. You will lead a ~100-person team across onshore and offshore sites, overseeing documentary trade, trade finance lending, and structured trade products, while driving performance, risk governance and transformation.

Senior leadership experience in banking operations.
Deep knowledge of Trade Finance/Trade Services Operations.
Proven track record managing large distributed teams across onshore/offshore.
