Optus is recruiting a Senior Director, Internal Audit - Networks & Technology to lead risk-based assurance across networks, technology, security and risk portfolios. The role partners with senior executives to strengthen governance, resilience and operational performance of critical functions.

You will develop the audit strategy, oversee assurance programs for telecommunications environments, and drive independent challenge across complex tech landscapes.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive senior leadership experience in Internal Audit, Technology Risk, Cyber Security, or related risk disciplines.
• Deep understanding of telecommunications networks, technology infrastructure, cyber security, and governance.
• Ability to translate technical risk into actionable audit priorities and executive insights.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver the Internal Audit strategy and annual plan across Networks, Technology, Security and Risk.
• Provide independent assurance across networks, cyber security, infrastructure and resilience.
• Build relationships with senior executives and technical leaders, offering risk insights and challenge.
• Identify emerging technology and operational risks, translating them into audit priorities.
• Lead and coach high-performing audit teams and drive continuous improvement.
