Optus is seeking a Senior Director, Networks & Technology, Internal Audit to lead risk-based assurance across essential technologies, security and networks. You will partner with senior executives to strengthen governance and resilience while aligning with regulatory expectations.

You will shape the audit strategy, oversee major transformation programs, and develop capabilities across the Internal Audit function, ensuring independent, high-quality assurance for critical business functions.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive senior leadership experience in Internal Audit or risk/assurance within large, regulated organisations.
• Deep understanding of telecommunications networks, technology infrastructure, cyber security and resilience.
• Proven ability to develop strategic, risk-based assurance programs and influence executive stakeholders.

• Develop and deliver the Internal Audit strategy and annual plan across Networks, Technology, Security and Risk.
• Provide independent assurance across networks, cyber security, infrastructure and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, coach and develop high-performing audit teams and translate complex risks into executive insights.
