CBHS Health Fund Limited is seeking a Head of Remediation Solutions to own end-to-end solution design across CBHS’s remediation program, starting with the International Remediation Program. You’ll define impacted populations, determine remediation and shape how approved outcomes are delivered.

You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team across data, product, methodology, treatment, process and change to build scalable solutions that are ready to deliver.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in private health insurance across product, membership, claims and fund rules.
• Strong track record leading solution design or remediation design in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of private health insurance legislation and governance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Set direction for remediation solution design across multiple workstreams.
• Lead population analysis and data analysis underpinning accurate delivery.
• Develop methodologies, treatment plans and processes for complex scenarios.
• Oversee international product management and embed legislation and governance into solutions.
• Translate decisions into clear business rules, processes and system requirements.
• Coordinate communications, change and training for operational readiness.
• Influence executive forums with clear direction and trade-offs.
• Build specialist capability and strengthen remediation and governance.
