Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking a Remediation Manager to lead end-to-end customer remediation programs on a 12-month contract. You will guide initiatives from identification through to customer payments, regulatory closure and embedding lessons learned in a collaborative, outcomes-focused environment.

You will partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology, Data & Analytics and Product to design remediation solutions that meet regulatory expectations while keeping customers first.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer remediation programs, regulatory change initiatives, risk, compliance or operational improvement activities.
• Strong knowledge of remediation methodologies, governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups and influence outcomes in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of customer remediation programs, from identification to customer payments and regulatory closure.
• Oversee governance, reporting and embedding lessons learned across the business.
• Assess customer impacts and develop remediation strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Drive accountability and influence across teams to deliver timely, accurate outcomes.
