Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Senior Director, Business Development to lead the growth of its Forensic Technology Services practice across Australia. You will originate opportunities, manage relationships with law firms and clients, and drive proposals from discovery to close.

You will translate complex forensic capabilities into clear client value, shape market strategy, and report on pipeline and revenues to leadership. Travel as needed to support client engagements and events.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in business development or sales within forensic technology, eDiscovery, or professional services.
• Proven track record of winning work and meeting revenue targets.
• Established network across Australian law firms, corporates, or government.
• Ability to articulate technical services to legal and executive audiences.
• Experience leading proposals, pricing, and negotiations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the business development strategy for FTS across Australia.
• Originate and win new work with law firms, corporates, government agencies and clients across eDiscovery, cyber, privacy and information governance.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline from first contact through to scoping, proposal and close.
• Travel as client needs require and represent A&M at events, industry forums and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-practice teams to identify cross-sales opportunities and drive revenue.
