St Vincent de Paul Society NSW is seeking an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander leader to strengthen our connection with community and advance our First Nations strategy across NSW.

You will drive culturally safe service delivery, oversee outcomes and foster partnerships with community and government to create lasting impact for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples within NSW.

Qualifications

• Be an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person.
• Extensive experience working with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities.
• Senior leadership and management experience with teams.
• Knowledge of Reconciliation Action Plan programs, implementation and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead First Nations strategy and the Reconciliation Action Plan across NSW.
• Strengthen cultural safety and drive organisational change.
• Oversee outcomes reporting and partnership management.
• Support First Nations employment and community engagement.
• Build relationships with community, government and internal stakeholders.
