Job summary

St Vincent de Paul Society NSW seeks an accomplished executive to lead the Vinnies Services directorate, driving a diverse portfolio of community services across NSW. You will oversee strategy, governance, and operational delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes for people experiencing disadvantage.

You will manage a large team, collaborate with government and funders, and champion financial sustainability while maintaining a strong focus on safeguarding and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven executive or senior leadership experience in social services or similar complex organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and portfolios.
• Experience advising CEOs, boards and executive teams.
