The St Vincent de Paul Society NSW is seeking an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander leader to strengthen our First Nations strategy and drive lasting outcomes for communities across NSW. You will lead the First Nations Strategy and Outcomes Unit, shaping partnerships, cultural safety, and service delivery with a focus on reconciliation and empowerment.

This role requires senior leadership experience, deep community connections, and a commitment to social justice.

Formación

• Be an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Person.
• Extensive experience working with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander People and Communities.
• Senior leadership and management experience, including leading and supporting senior management teams.
• First-hand knowledge of the RAP program, including implementation and reporting.
• Strong understanding of the Community Services sector and Indigenous community needs.
• Experience interpreting policy, strategic changes and accreditation requirements.
• Experience managing complex budgets, external funding partnerships and tenders.
• Current NSW driver's licence and willingness to travel across NSW, including overnight stays.
