St Vincent de Paul Society NSW seeks an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander leader to strengthen our First Nations strategy and deliver meaningful outcomes across NSW. Lead the First Nations Strategy & Outcomes Unit, driving partnerships, employment, reconciliation and culturally safe service delivery.

You will turn commitments into action, build organisational capability and ensure First Nations voices inform our work, with travel across NSW and a focus on culturally safe,

Competenze

• Be an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Person.
• Extensive experience in working with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Peoples and Communities.
• Demonstrated senior leadership and management experience, including leading and supporting senior management teams.
• First-hand knowledge of the Reconciliation Action Plan program, including implementation and reporting requirements.
• Strong understanding of the Community Services sector and the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
• Experience interpreting and implementing policy, strategic changes and accreditation requirements.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex budgets, external funding partnerships and tender submissions.
