Job summary

Fairfield RSL is seeking a Dining & Events Operations Manager to oversee front-of-house operations across our restaurants, events and conferencing venues. You will work closely with the kitchen leadership and directly with the CEO to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, client relationship management and the ability to train teams to high standards of service. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is essential in a multi-outlet hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior restaurant management role.
• Experience training front-of-house teams to high service standards and establishing protocols.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a genuine passion for service excellence.
• Experience managing and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations across restaurants, events and conferencing.
• Manage client relationships from proposals to delivery and post-event setup.
• Lead front-of-house training programs across all Fairfield RSL Club's restaurants and event spaces.
