Job summary

The NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a Senior Assistant Superintendent – Digital Solutions Talent Pool to lead workforce management initiatives and oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of scheduling and digital technologies within the OSU at Silverwater NSW.

You will apply data-driven insights to improve operational outcomes, manage relationships with managers and key stakeholders, and travel as required across NSW.

Qualifications

• Must hold Certificate III in Correctional Practice or senior custodial experience.
• Current and valid driver’s licence with willingness to travel within NSW, including overnight stays.
• Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps/Automate/BI).
• Proven ability to manage workforce systems and digital platforms with data-driven insights.
• Ability to build relationships with managers, People Branch and Payroll stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce management initiatives within the OSU.
• Develop, implement and maintain scheduling and digital solutions.
• Oversee data-driven workforce planning and process improvement across the OSU.
