You will oversee the technical team and provide expert support for end-user computing, Azure Virtual Desktop, mobility, and print management.

The role requires technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-location collaboration to ensure reliable services and an optimal user experience for metropolitan and regional NSW locations.

Qualifications

• Senior technical leadership overseeing ICT systems and support teams.
• Broad experience with end-user computing and modern workplace tech.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex incidents across multiple environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for desktops, laptops and virtual desktops.
• Lead and mentor Field Support teams and coordinate with vendors.
• Investigate and resolve complex end-user computing incidents.
