Change Recruitment partners with a leading Sydney-based indie to recruit a senior performance/digital director. This role suits a director who remains hands-on and close to the work while steering strategy for major clients.

You will own performance strategy and outcomes across a group of key clients, presenting directly to senior marketers and building relationships that drive commercial growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading senior client relationships and growing accounts.
• Proven track record of commercially developing campaigns and accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen across profitability, scope and resourcing.

Responsibilities

• Own performance strategy and outcomes across a group of key clients, as the senior contact.
• Present strategy and recommendations directly to senior marketers.
• Build relationships that extend beyond campaign metrics into the commercial conversation.
• Hands-on across paid search, paid social and programmatic.
• Senior direction on the complex accounts.
• Set the standards on measurement, testing and campaign hygiene.
• Own the commercial health of your portfolio: profitability, scope and resourcing.
• Contribute to pitches and organic growth.
• Lead and develop the team around you, coaching across levels.
