Job summary

WOW Recruitment is seeking a Senior Performance Manager in Sydney CBD. You will lead a pod of digital specialists, owning 5–10 founder-led client accounts end-to-end, and drive Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns with a hands-on approach.

You will diagnose underperforming accounts and steer swift turnarounds, combining leadership with direct client delivery to fuel growth and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing with agency experience.
• Strong across paid social and paid search (Meta and/or Google).
• Experience leading a team and client-facing delivery.
• Energetic, personable and effective at stakeholder management.

$120,000 - $130,000 + super + bonus | Sydney CBD | 2 days WFH

They're on the lookout for a Senior Performance Manager. Someone who can run a small team, own client outcomes, and still get their hands dirty in paid media when it counts.

What you'll actually do

• Lead a pod of digital specialists (1:1s, escalations, performance coaching)
