Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in EE/Electronics with digital logic coursework.
• 2–5 years hands-on digital design using EDA tools for DFT, logic sim, synthesis, timing and formal verification.
• Solid ASIC development background.
• Proficient in Linux shell scripting and languages such as Perl, Python, Tcl, and Make.
• Strong teamwork and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate DFT instruments with advanced EDA tools (MBIST, OCC, TAP controller, Boundary Scan, LBIST, SSN, EDT).
• Integrate and verify test functions with simulation and in-house verification tools.
• Conduct block- and chip-level DFT rule checks and debugging across testing modes.
• Generate and verify test patterns via automated flows.
• Assist test-pattern debugging on ATE and perform failure analysis.
• Research advanced DFT techniques for Automotive Ethernet products.
