Job summary

Infineon in Australia seeks a Test Hardware Design and Manufacturing Manager to lead a跨-functional engineering team and shape the ATE test hardware roadmap for automotive microcontroller platforms. The role emphasizes scalable test solutions and automation, with a focus on product quality and execution speed.

You will drive leadership, collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders, and champion innovation in a global semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Microelectronics.
10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in automotive microcontrollers or product/test engineering.
Proven expertise in ATE test hardware development across end-to-end lifecycle.
Knowledge of ATE platforms such as Advantest or Teradyne; hands-on experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of 8+ engineers, driving technical excellence and collaboration.
Define and execute the ATE Test Hardware Design roadmap delivering scalable test solutions.
Champion digitalisation, automation, and AI-enabled engineering practices to boost productivity and quality.
Collaborate across Product, Test, Design, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure successful product execution.
