The Hospitals Contribution Fund Of Australia Limited (HCF) is seeking a Senior Digital Content Manager to lead the development and optimisation of digital content experiences. This hands‑on role covers digital content strategy, UX writing, content design, SEO and performance improvements, in collaboration with Digital, Product, Marketing, Brand, Design and subject matter experts.
You will drive end‑to‑end content initiatives, craft UX copy, and leverage analytics to optimise journeys for
Formación
- 8+ years’ experience across digital content, UX writing, content design or digital content strategy.
- Strong digital writing and content strategy skills — not traditional content marketing.
- Experience managing digital content from strategy through delivery and optimisation.
- Experience with CMS and digital platforms such as AEM, Adobe Analytics and SEMRush.
Responsabilidades
- Lead end‑to‑end digital content initiatives from brief to optimisation.
- Develop UX, microcopy and long‑form content aligned to brand voice.
- Use insights, SEO and analytics to continuously improve content.
- Shape content strategies and user journeys to boost engagement and conversion.
- Champion digital content, UX writing, SEO, accessibility and plain English best practice.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to influence content decisions.
- Monitor content performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Contribute to digital writing guidelines and standards.
