HCF is seeking a Senior Digital Content Manager to lead the Brand & Content team in delivering member-centric digital experiences. You will own content strategy, UX writing, SEO and performance optimization across digital channels, collaborating with Digital, Product, Marketing, Brand, Design and SMEs.
The role is a hands-on, 15-month MAT leave contract focusing on end-to-end content development, publishing, QA and continuous improvement within a regulated healthcare context.
We're looking for a Senior Digital Content Manager to join HCF's Brand & Content team and lead the development and optimisation of digital content experiences across HCF.
This is a hands-on role combining digital content strategy, UX writing, content design, SEO and performance optimisation. You'll work closely with Digital, Product, Marketing, Brand, Design and subject matter experts to create clear, engaging and member-centric digital experiences.
