Job summary

Aurecon Group in Melbourne seeks a Senior Advisor, Digital Communications to manage the corporate website, align it with brand positioning and business goals, and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver accessible, high-performing digital experiences.

You will leverage web analytics and market insights, collaborate with content owners, and drive governance across accessibility, cybersecurity and brand standards, while guiding external partners and IT to continuously enhance functionality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years managing enterprise websites and digital channels.
• Strong editorial judgement and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Sitecore is preferred; proficiency with a CMS is essential.
• Proven ability to translate analytics into practical improvements.
• Intermediate HTML/CSS knowledge; awareness of SEO and accessibility best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise the company website to support business goals and brand positioning.
• Use analytics and market insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with content owners to ensure content quality and discoverability.
• Maintain website governance across accessibility, brand, compliance and cybersecurity.
