Job summary

Ampersand Ltd is seeking a Digital Marketing & Communications Manager for a 12-month contract, based in Sydney or Melbourne. You will own the firm’s digital channels including the website, social media, email communications and intranet.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you’ll lead strategy, content, campaigns, and analytics. The role requires 4+ years in digital marketing within professional services and strong writing, with experience in CMS, SEO, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing or digital communications within professional services.
• Experience managing websites and digital publishing workflows.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Experience with SEO, AEO and site optimisation.
• Familiarity with AI ethics in communications and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate integrated campaigns
• Create written, video and audio content for audience-focused communication
• Manage website and social channels including SEO and AEO
• Oversee EDM publishing process from format to QA
• Use analytics and insights to guide strategy and improvements
• Coordinate website enhancements with IT and external suppliers
• Support governance and development of intranet (SharePoint) and train contributors
• Identify emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing
• Develop and mentor junior team members
