Australian Retirement Trust in Brisbane is seeking a Product Owner - Digital to establish and lead ART Life's digital product capability as part of a major digital transformation program. You will shape product vision, governance, roadmaps, backlogs and ways of working, then evolve into the ongoing business owner of ART Life's digital products.

You will work with stakeholders across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, data and vendor partners to ensure digital capabilities

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Product Owner/PM or senior business owner of customer-facing digital products
• Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs and value-based prioritisation
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of product investment, vendor management and lifecycle costs
• Experience with agile delivery teams, technology partners and external vendors
• Ability to translate customer, operational and performance insights into product decisions
• Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels
• Understanding of digital experience, accessibility and UX principles
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience

• Own and communicate the product vision, roadmap, value proposition and desired outcomes
• Prioritise backlog using customer, business, regulatory and commercial considerations
• Design showcases to ensure fit for purpose and adoption
• Make informed decisions on scope, priorities and trade-offs
• Partner with technology teams and vendors to plan releases and optimise outcomes
• Monitor product performance, adoption and benefits; drive improvements
• Ensure privacy, security, accessibility, risk and compliance throughout lifecycle
• Build stakeholder relationships and develop ART Life's digital product capability
• Bring deep product ownership experience and leadership development
