Job summary

Rest, one of Australia’s largest profit‑to‑member super funds, seeks a Senior Business Analyst to strengthen web and digital platforms and member‑facing apps. You’ll analyze complex processes, manage priorities, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

You’ll write user stories, support UX/UI design, work with web analytics, API testing, and identity management (Okta). Banking/superannuation domain knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Senior Business Analyst with agile web or digital delivery experience.
Proven ability to write user stories and support UX/UI.
Experience with web analytics and API testing (Postman).
Integration work including identity management (Okta).
Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination.
IIBA or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyse complex processes and drive clear requirements.
Document workflows, business processes, and data needs.
Create compelling business cases with cost and effort estimates.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams and with third parties.
